Standard Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your experience at The Photo Booth Co. This refund policy outlines your rights and the steps to take when requesting a refund.

Standard Refund Window

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date of your attempted photo purchase at any of our booths. After this 30-day window, refund requests cannot be accommodated.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for failed photo purchase attempts only. This includes instances where:

• You were charged but did not receive your photo(s).

• The photo(s) did not print.

• Blank prints were received.

• The photo(s) were poorly printed.

Please note:

• Refunds will not be issued for photos that have been successfully delivered.

• We are unable to offer partial refunds for group or bundle purchases if some photos were received successfully.

• Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of transaction (e.g., receipt, payment confirmation, booth location, and approximate time of use).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support using one of the following methods:

• WhatsApp: Use the number displayed on the booth where your transaction occurred.

• Email: Use the email address displayed on the booth signage.

When contacting us, please include the following details to help us locate your transaction quickly:

• Date and time of photo attempt.

• Booth location.

• Payment method used.

• A brief description of the issue encountered.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This refund policy applies to all machines owned and operated by The Photo Booth Company (UK) Ltd, The Photo Booth Vending Machine LLC., and The Photo Booth Company Asia Pte Ltd.
